Pikpart Spares is committed to give best quality products and services with tempting online buying experience. We follow ‘no question asked replacement and refund policy’. We are always ready to consider any condition related to quality and delivery of product in a manner which is justified for you and us both.
Refund for purchase
In case any of the following conditions arise we will refund the complete value:
If the product is not properly packed or packing is broken, torn or disintegrated
If you have received a product which you did not order
If you receive delivery after 7 working days from the date of dispatch.
You can cancel the order any time you want to and we will always respect your decision. We follow a very clear policy for order cancellation.
If you cancel order before it has been dispatched, you get your entire amount as refund
If you cancel order after dispatch, amount will be refunded after deducting shipping charges
You can return the product after delivery but before opening the pack, in this case, you get your paid amount minus shipping charges.
We are dealing in two wheeler spares products, which once out of the pack are of no use for us. You can ask for replacement of any product till you have not opened the pack in following conditions:
Case where you have received a product which you did not order. If you have ordered a wrong product we will replace the product after deducting shipping charges
Case where you have received a product which you did not order because of our mistake. We will replace the product without deducting any shipping or other charges.
